When you call, email, or use our online project request form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service interests, and project details so we can respond to you.

Online requests are delivered to TLE Landscape & Design by email and saved in a private, administrator-only area of the website. They are not published or visible to website visitors.

Technical information

Our host may log standard server data to run and secure the site. To limit automated abuse, the form temporarily uses a protected value derived from the visitor's IP address to count submission attempts for up to 15 minutes.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website.

How we share information

We may use service providers or share information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Form submissions are retained in the website database and recipient email system as needed for business and legal purposes, or until they are manually deleted. The short-lived anti-abuse counter expires automatically. We take reasonable care to protect the information we receive.
